Fitria obtained her Indonesian law degree from Law Faculty of University of Indonesia, and She earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the National University of Singapore. Afterwards, She joined Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo (LGS). Her main areas of focus are corporate law, mergers & commercial matters.

Mohd. Sulthoni is a founder and currently the firm’s Managing Partner. He obtained his law degree from the Universitas Gadjah Mada and is currently pursuing his master's degree in the same university. Prior to establishing The Firm, He was a former lawyer of some prestigious law firm in Yogyakarta & Jakarta. He has been involved mainly in mediation & litigation; family and property law, labor and employment & also syariah practice.

Bagus Wardana received his Bachelor of Laws from UGM. Prior to joining Mohd Law, Bagus was as expert energy at Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of Republic of Indonesia. He has been involved in numerous projects concerning on investment, government affairs & regulation and dispute resolution.

Abdus Salam obtained her Indonesian law degree from Law Faculty of University of Gadjah Mada and He earned his Master of Laws from Faculty of Law, Dipenegoro University. Afterwards, He joined some corporate prominent Law Firm in Yogyakarta. Her main areas of focus are antitrust and counterfeit, criminal law, & insolvency.

Dedy Mulyadi studied in Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta. Prior to joining Mohd Law Firm, Dedy worked at several prominent corporate in Indonesia. He has been deeply involved in numerous major especially in labor & employment, corporate governance.

Adnan Safei obtained his law degree at Jayabaya University and is currently pursuing his master's degree in the same university. Handling some cases of land problems and His main areas of focus are criminal, civil, and family law.

Call him Vidyan. Prior to joining Mohd Law Firm, Vidyan joined SBP Law Firm, a corporate law firm in Jakarta as Associate. He has been deeply involved in numerous major on the areas of corporate law especially as debt. collection with legal action.

Bety Kusprihanti is our Director in Mohd Law Firm. She has many experiences in handling various social psychology and the emergence of disputes for more than 10 years. Bety obtained her Psychology degree from Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Afterwards, She joined Unit Konsultasi Psikologi (UKP) Faculty of Psychology, UGM is a unit that provides psychological services. Her main areas of focus are Psychology, IR & Internal Affairs of Mohd Law Firm.

Nur Fersty Kurniati is a social media specialist of our Firm. She has many experiences in digital & internet marketing. Her expertise in digital and social media marketing will be essential in achieving Mohd's goals and establishing strong brand connections. Her main areas of focus are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's social media strategy.

Mr. Rosyid is our technical support for Information and Technology and Web Design. His main areas of focus are Information, Media, & Technology. He has been a part of Mohd Law Firm since 2017. His dedication and commitment to work is commendable, especially for our team.
